Words don’t seem sufficient to express our family’s gratitude for the care and quality of life afforded our mother by you over the past 3 years, 4 months, and 11 days.
 
While it was a little tough adjusting to her new home when she moved in with us at Christmas time in 2019, Mom quickly began to thrive as she bonded with her caregivers, Felicia and Toyin. Whenever they were around, she would enjoy telling jokes and reminiscing about old times and years with the children and grandchildren. She especially enjoyed helping Felicia make the bed the way she always wanted it.
 
We are so happy Mom’s quality of life remained good right up until close to her passing. Our family has truly been blessed.
 
While “thank you” is a phrase comprised of only two words, they encompass the scope of our appreciation for the love and incredible level of care afforded Mom. The entire staff of Bidets Care is a blessing to all of the families they serve.

Robin and I honestly believe that the team at Bidets Care took the time to get to know our mother in the two years she was in your care. She could be fun, but she could be a pain in the behind! She made you laugh, and she might have made you cry but we always had faith that there were caregivers who cared about our mother every day.
 
We had our mother for over 90 years, through the good times, the bad times, the fun, the excitement, and the wonderful memories that our lives give us.
 
For 13 days we sat with our mother. We held her hand, kissed her cheek, talked to her and as she was leaving us from one life and going onto a better life, we had each other. But it wasn’t just Robin and me….it was YOU. All of you who gave her the quality of life and fun she experienced as she lived her last 2 years in your care.
 
Our family wants you to know how very much we appreciate all of the staff, whether you knew our mom or not, whether you cleaned her room, changed the light bulbs, prepared her food, fed her the meals or changed her pants…. you are our heroes, blessed of a wonderful talent and God has a special place for you.

My sister moved to Brownsburg in 2017 after suffering from a major health crisis.  She moved here to be closer to me and our mother who was living at Danville.  As my sister’s health has declined over the past several years, she has received great care from the staff at Bidets Care. Our family is now looking forward to the addition of the Home and Community-Based Services waiver provider.  It is a wonderful reassurance knowing 24-hour supportive services will be available to my sister when needed, as well as socialization for her at mealtimes.  What peace of mind for our family!

Musiliu, Susan, and their team of trained caregivers provided responsive, flexible, and professional service when our father needed it most. If the need were to arise in the future, we would utilize the services of Bidets Care without hesitation and we certainly recommend their services without qualification.

I am a current client of this provider. We are able to keep Mom at home and get a home health care from Bidets Care for her. That’s been working out very well so far. We all felt very good about them having a really flexible schedule. They’ve been great. We have been very happy with this agency. We really enjoy the person that works with us. My mom seems to be very comfortable with her. She would do light house cleaning, make the bed, and help my mom with her showering and shampooing. She’ll pretty much do whatever we ask of her. If we’re going out for a while and we don’t want to leave Mom all alone, we will have the home health care person come over and she’ll keep my mom company. She is extremely sensitive with whatever my mom needs. She jumps right out to help Mom even though we’re there. I was really impressed with that. We feel comfortable with her. She seems to really put Mom first and focuses on her even when we’re not there.

Bidets Care has gone over and above the call of duty for our family. From the intake session to discuss our needs and consider which personality of caregivers are best suited for our household, the agency has done a superior job. The scheduling needs have changed for us from time to time and they have always tried so patiently to help us.
