Helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live meaningful lives

We support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to enhance their abilities and interests. We partner with individuals as they become self-sufficient and live everyday lives. We help individuals find meaningful roles in their community and to feel valued as community members.

We Provide the Following HCBS Waiver Services for Eligible Members:

Community Integration and Habilitation

We provide services that enable individuals to remain in their homes or community-based settings and also assists individuals who are transitioning from state-operated facilities or other institutions into community settings.

Home and community-based services (HCBS) through the CIH Waiver allow flexibility in providing the support necessary to help individuals gain and maintain optimum level of self-determination and community integration.

We Help With:

Family Supports Waiver

Family Support Services supports family members who are caring for their child or adult with an intellectual/developmental disability and/or acquired brain disorder.

The Family Supports home and community-based services waiver provides limited, non-residential supports to individuals with developmental disabilities who live with their families or in other settings with informal supports.

Money Follows Person - CIH Transfer

The thought of ending up in a nursing home can be scary. Part of that fear is the misconception that once you go to a nursing home, you are stuck there. However, that is not the case. Bidets Care assists individuals who live in qualifying institutions to move safely into the community and to ensure a safe adjustment to community living.
